Love the site! Any thoughts on a recipe for blackberry-red plum jam? I’m not sure how much sugar that would take……
Is there a recipe for canning home made pesto? I grow tons of basil in the summer and would like to have some of my pesto for the winter months.

Home made pesto is easily frozen…My family uses their own basic recipe then freezes it in small containers. Works great!
