I learned that I am not the only one who is plagued by her bathtub and was also reminded to thank my lucky stars that there’s no door leading from my kitchen to a muddy yard.

Just bought your fantastic book this week. Really looking forward to trying your salsa recipes. I have been waiting for a trusted source to try these foods that need the right amount of acidification. On that note I made a batch of plum jam using your recipe from August (using a mixture of yellow and italian plums). After placing the jars into the canner to process I realized I forgot to add the lemon juice. All the plum jam recipes I could find include lemon. Is this a recipe for botulism?
