Bad news, kids. Tomorrow’s apple festival at Linvilla Orchards has been cancelled, which means I won’t be there at 4 pm giving a demonstration of Honey Lemon Apple Jam. It’s a two-day festival, so if the weather clears up, I may be there on Sunday. We’ll just have to wait and see, so stay tuned!

Wow – I just saw your post with the link to the apple/lemon jam recipe. I’m so glad you put that up. We had to put off apple picking until this coming week because most of the kids were sick last week. If I went, like I had planned on earlier, I would have already been done with the canning and wouldn’t be able to try this recipe. Now I can, and I can’t wait to see how it turns out.
