I have lost my recipe for “Baked, Canned Sweet Potatoes”. The potatoes are baked without liquid. Does anyone have any experience with canning potatoes this way?
Marisa, what kind of portable burners are you using in the above photo? I’m a Master Food Volunteer and would love to do canning demos at farmers markets.
It’s a basic, fold-up, propane fueled camp stove.
