I also live in Philly (just north of Fishtown in East Kenzo) and started canning last year. I just did some peach pie filling, blueberries, and blackberry jam, but this year I'm hoping to do some tomatoes and pickles! Anyway, I can't wait to read more. Thanks for starting this!
