Too bad I haven't learned to be in two places at once! I'm from Oregon and both your and Shauna's posts about this class have inspired me to find other like minded people in Portland that would like to get together and have canning sessions/classes. I hope the class fills up and you have a great time! and if you're ever in Portland I'm SURE I can round up enough interested people!
