Nothing, but am trying to figure a strawberry lemon marmalade that doesn't use pectin.

I think that's how I found you. I'll be back to visit. Thanks! And let me know if you have such a recipe!

I made apricot jam and then I had to clean out the freezer and made a huge batch of cranberry apple jam. I have been jammin like crazy the last few weeks. Oh finally made the pickled asparagus, they are great in bloody mary's. The left over brine went for carrots, as well. thanks again. p.s have not used my grape ketchup yet, but my mind is going crazy with all the possibilites. Thank you.

I did actually! It is right in the middle of cherry season so I loaded up and made cherry jam. I used David Leibowitz's no-recipe recipe, although I added a bit of shredded apple and near the end I chickened out and added liquid pectin. We had it with hot English Muffin bread on Saturday night, and it was FANTASTIC.

Congrats to Lydia!

I didn't can anything. I made some refrigerator pickled turnips, which turned out surprisingly well.
